  • Implemented and managed 11 country-wide programs in Malaysia over 5 years, cumulatively valued at more than RM 30 million.

  • Developed and managed working relationships with over 60 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and civil society organisations (CSOs) across Malaysia on various issue areas, with a strong emphasis on civic participation, inclusive governance, and democratic reform.

  • Led the organisation’s monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement activities in Malaysia.

  • Focal point for advising on programmatic strategy based on Malaysia’s political, economic, and social developments, particularly related to youth, gender, and rights-based issues.

  • Contributed to writing public research products on youth in political parties and youth political motivations.
